Free return and collection service:

Stylana.com offers all our KSA customers free return and collection.

To use this service, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 days of receiving your order, and book your free collection pick up within the next 10 days.

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

Sign in at Stylana.com, go to My Account, click the Returns tab.

Select the relevant order and choose the item you wish you return.

We will then provide you with an RMA number, for you to book your free collection.

For our International customers, you will be charged shipping for the returned items.

Return Policy:

Items must be returned within the 10 days. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with their original tags attached and original packing and box.

Footwear must be returned in original box and bag. Try on footwear in carpeted floor, indoor, to protect the soul of the shoe from getting any scratches.

Lingerie and swimsuits must be tried on over your own garments.

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on customer ordered items, custom tailored items, specialty items, Beauty products, perfume, fragrances, colognes, creams, lotions and so on..

All items returned must be in selling condition.

Returned items will be exchanged or credited, excluding the cost of shipping, Cash on Delivery charges and any customs/duty fees paid.

Exchange:

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item, with all labels attached, unworn and with all original packing and box. Once item has been received and complies with our return policy, we will credit you the amount.

Refunds:

Once your return goods have been received and complies with our return policy, we will refund your order in terms of store credit. All items returned will be credited and used toward your next purchase. Store credit can be used on all items on STYLANA.com

Kindly note that COD charges (20 SR), and shipping charges (75 SR), are not refundable, as this amount is paid to the courier.

Kindly note that any amount paid to your local customs officials (if applicable) is not refundable or included in your exchange and store credit.
